WASHED. uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles all card information securely. We do not directly collect, store, or process your full credit or debit card details.

We store your membership billing status and subscription information (e.g., active, past due, cancelled) as synced from Stripe, but not your card number or CVV.

Our crew takes before and after photos of each service for quality verification and to document the condition of your vehicle. These photos are accessible to our operations team and may be used for training and quality purposes.

Service photos are not shared publicly or with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide our services:

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including access controls, encrypted storage, and secure communication channels.

Our system uses role-based access control. Customers can only access their own records. Crew members can only access jobs assigned to them. Administrators have access to operational data necessary for running the service.
